  1. There are not as many cures now as there were long ago.
    My Grandmother told me a few.
    (1) Nettles are very good to eat during the month of March, and it is said that you should boil them and eat them three times during the month, and the person that does this will not get any disease during the year.
    (2) The roots of docket leaves boiled in milk are used to cure a sick stomach.
    (3)Garlic boiled in milk is good for a cold, and to put some into your shoes would cure rheumatism.
