Pot - cake - A cake made from oat meal and put into a pot of thin porridge and put down to boil for about one hour.
The people used grind their own meal with grinding stones. The people used bake the bread on a griddle, and a brand - iron was placed under it to keep it up from the hearth. When people put a cake in the oven they put the sign of the cross on it.
