    much visited by fairies. The owner of the land made up his mind to remove the little mound as he thought it was disfiguring his field.
    He ordered his workmen to begin to work but they were reluctant to start as they believed in the old tradition of the place. However they worked the first day but on the following morning when the man awakened he found his hands turned backwards and they remained in this position till his death. On the other hand they were very friendly with people who were kind to them and often helped them with their harvest work.
