    spraying machine but it is very costly and six farmers usually have a spraying machine between them and then it is very costly on them.
    When the washing soda and culphate of copper are melted, they get a spraying machine if they have one, and fills the barrel then the farmer puts it on his back. he walks up and down through the ridges until he has then sprayed.
    Some people used a byse instead of a machine. If the people did not spray they would have no potatoes from the blight.
