    If you see white flowers, you will have bad luck.
    If you let delph break, you will have bad luck.

    If you find a piece of coal, spit on it, and it will bring good luck.
    If an insect is ticking in the wall, there will be a death in the house.
    If you light three cigarettes with the one match, it brings bad luck.
    If you have crickets in a fire place, it brings good luck.
    You should not get salt from anybody on a Monday. It will bring bad luck.
    If you sweep the floor, and take up the ashes before twelve o'clock on Monday, it will bring bad luck.
    If anybody asks you for a bit of salt, and if you git it to them, it will bring bad luck.
    But if you throw some in the fire, it breaks the bad luck.
    If you were getting married, and got a loan of something to wear, you will have good luck.
