  1. If you find a horse shoe it is supposed to bring good luck.
    If you spill salt you are going to have bad luck.
    If you break a mirrow you are supposed to have bad luck for seven years.
    If you get money on Hansel Monday which is the first Monday in January you will have money for the year.
    If sparks come out of the fire you are getting money.
    If you find a piece of coal on the road, and if you pick it up you will have good luck.
    If your right hand itches you are going to get a shake-hands.
    If you take the last cut of bread off the plate your are going to be an old maid or a bachelor.
    If a dark man comes in at the beginning of the year you will have good luck for the year, but if a fair man comes in you will have bad luck.
    If a white pigeon comes in to the house it is a sign of a death.
    If a robin comes in to house you are going to hear good news.
    If a picture falls off the wall it is a sign of a death.
    If you put your clothes on in side out you should leave them like that, and you will have good luck.
