    I olden times the people had tree and they would let no one cut them or break a branch of them. There were two bushes in our field and old people would let no one cut them.
    Rushes are cut on St Brigid's evening and are left outside the (dood) dood till the sun is set. The crosses made with them and they are put up in the house.
