  2. In the townland of Ardagh, in the parish of Ardagh, in the barony of Tirawley and in the county of Mayo, there is a very old graveyard. It is about four miles from Ballina. It is in view of Lough Conn. It is situated in the land of Mr. Pat O'Horo. There are about forty headstones but it is difficult to read them. The oldest headstone belongs to Michael Sweeney who died in 1793. Also the body
