  1. There was a man named Kelly from Balllynabull fight with the French in '98. He marched with them from Ballynabull to Vinegar Hill where he was shot.
    It was up through Rappa they went, and when the Knox's heard they were coming they went away. The French stayed in Rappa a while. It was up by Anthony Flynn's house they went. Kelly was buried in Lisheen R.I.P.
