    Katie Kelly went down to Kilworth wan evening just the same as I'd go down now. She knocked about the village for a while . 'Twas a very hazy kind of a night.
    When she came came home just as she was going to go in the wicket a stand came on her; and she saw the woman leaning over the half-door looking in at the children who were playing inside in the house.
    When she took the hasp off the wicket the woman turned into the laurel and she saw no more
