   Once upon a time there was a place called Drumcoghill fort, and in this place fairies used to assemble every night at about seven o'clock. There was a verse of poetry about this, and it was "If you watch all night on Drumcoghill fort you'll see them as plain as plain but don't go to sleep on Drumcoghill fort or you'll never wake up again". One evening as this little girl went out walking after her tea she fell asleep in this place. The fairies came, and made a ring around her, and she suddenly woke up. She tried to break through the ring, but she failed each time, and she began to cry, but the fairies only laughed at her. She could hear her mother calling her, but she would only answer I am here mother can you hear me, and she could not get out. So the fairies tried to make her forget. The made another ring around her, and she fell asleep. When she woke up they asked her did she hear her mother calling her, and she said she did
