  1. In a fied owned by Mr Smith of Coolcor there is a hill called Clonnin hill. In the context of this hill there is a small house going into the hill. It is called the bulls den. In this den the fairies hid a crock of gold and precious chains. It happened that the fairies had to leave the den, so they left a bull in charge of it.
A man named (R) Pulper who herded there was one night out very late and he saw a light going into the house. When he went to bed that night he dreamt that a crock of gold was hidden where the light went in. The nect day he went to the den determined to get the gold. When he went in and looked around, he lost courage and left it without even making an attempt.
No one ever tried to get the gold after. Sights are seen very often going (very) slowly around the hill and disappearing out of sight at the den.
