Warts:
1.) Go to a place where water rests on a rock and dip it in the water. If that does not cure it rub it with the first black snail you see. Throw the snail on a whitethorn bush - if he dies the wart will die, if the lives the wart will not be cured.
2.) Cut a potato in halves. Rub both sides on the wart. Throw the potato in some place where it will rot- as the potato rots the wart will die away.
3.) A fasting spit- Each morning before eating anything spit on the hearth and rub it on the wart. On the tenth morning it will be gone. If the fast is broken the wart will not be cured in that way.
4.) Piece of Straw- with a piece of straw make the sign of the cross(leanann ar an chéad leathanach eile)
