There was a path going from Kildelig to Knockaroo and this path used to go out by the end of a house. A man came to live in the house and he tried to stop the path. He put barbed wire on the stile so that the children could not get out. One day an old woman with a hatchet came with the children and cut down it all. The children went through and the path is being used ever since.
