For he far exceeded the bold Philgate who rode all in Kildare.
To conclude & finish well for my song it is at an end,
I hope I have said nothing that would any of you offend,
Come drink a health to Keatings & take your glass in hand,
And give him his full title - his name is "Noble Dan".
