    of Mr Frank Bermingham. He was buried in Kilmonaghan in about 1898.
    One time they were having a feast on a Friday and he refused to eat the meat. One of the guests saying to him "You can eat what the hen lays and cannot eat herself and where is the difference" and his reply was "God forbade Adam not to eat of one tree but to eat of the rest and what was the difference. The landlord gave big feasts for a long time and then he got very poor and sold his land.
