  1. The spire of Tinnamuck
    In the year 1811 the spire of Tinnamuck was built by Richard Holmes. It stands in Miss Dermoody's field. It is about 40 feet in height.Long ago Richard Holmes who lived in Prospect House used to gather the rent of the townland of Tinnamuck in the spire every year.
    The spire was burned in 1847 the year of the famine in Ireland. Before that there were big windows and a slated roof on it and there were steps through it to the top
