    In part of Bolger's land near Milltown there is supposed to be treasure hidden since before '98.
    Some of "the loyalists" knowing that the Rising was to taken place hid their jewels and gold there. It was probably dug up later but people say that even still if the person jumps on the hillock near the river bank the chink of the money may be heard.
