  1. A man, named Gallagher, was a careless farmer. He had three fields but no gates, only thorn bushes.
    He was going to get married and went with his suit to the Tailor Finegan to get it made for the wedding.
    He gave him all instructions how to make the suit telling him he was getting married and asking his advice.
    The tailor told him the first thing he should do is "paint all his gates"
    He took his suit away and got it made in Ardee.
