- One day Paddy Drury was invited to a party. The number of guests was four and the meat they had to eat was the meeat of a boor and when addy saw the meat he said O Lord on high, who rules the sky, look down upon us four and give us meat that we can eat and take away the boar.
- One day Paddy Drury was out n the country and he was working for this woman and she gave him a plate of soup and a small puece of meat. The woman looked at Paddy and said "Why aren't you eating?" and Paddy said he was waiting for the tide to go our to get at the meat.
