  1. Micheal Mór Ó h-Uisán was a very strong man,. This is the way he showed his strength He carried 3 cwt of potatoes "or fataí féir" from Sealagi (a place in the hill) to his home that was a mile. He carried a half cwt of oatmeal on the top of his stick from Wesport. He carried it 15 ml. from Westport and lost it in a place called "Muing a Ghirrfhiaidh" a half mile from his home. When he came home he did not know he had lost it. It was found afterwards by cows, which ate it and
