  1. The big flood started about 32 yrs. in September. It went in to a house called McLoughlin's. The people had to go out of the house. There was a big field called Garrdha Dhomhnail and all the hay and corn was brought down to the bottom of field. Down in Abhainn Buidhe all the hay and corn was brought away. All the people had to go buying hay and corn everyplace they could get it
