- To make frame, get two pieces of elder about ¾ in. diam. and about a foot long. Bore two holes thro' each about an inch from each end. Get two pieces of sallow about same length as elders and pass through the holes forming a square. This is the frame.
Tie 2 strings diagonally on frame. The diagonal would be about 15 ins. (say). Make each string about 18 or 19 ins. Now put a rod of almost same length as elder over each piece of elder. Resting on each end of these rods but above(continues on next page)
