- Would go up across the fields and that he would come out on the Hill Road at his own door. He had not gone for up the fields when he came across a hurling match which was in full progress, a woman also appeared who was selling ounces of tobacco and she was speaking in Irish. As she approached the man he put his hand in his pocket to get some money as he was intended to buy an ounce of the tobacco, but a man whom he knew to be dead some time came over and stopped him from buying the tobacco from the woman. He told him to go home and buy his tobacco where he always bought it.
