  1. I live in the townland of Claudia in the parish of Castlerahan. It is not a very large townland, there are about sixteen families in it, and the family name most common is Reilly.
    The most of the houses in this townland are slated, but there are a few small ones which are thatched. There were more houses in this townland formerly, than at present.
    A lot of young people emigrated to America from this district long ago. The land in this townland is fairly hilly, and in some parts in
