- There is a small lake situated in Frael Bog, in the parish of Denn.
There are three sods around this lake, and the old people say that anyone who would stand on any of these sods, would be thrown into the middle of the lake and be drowned.
One time two divers were sent down into this lake, one after the other, but neither of them came up. Then a third diver went down but he came up and told the people around the place that he saw wild animals and all sorts of fish below. Then after that no one would go near the lake for fear they might be drowned.
