So the manager who scoffed at Biddy's powers was forced to send for her and supply her wants, and immediately the pails were filled to over-flowing. Other stranger and fantastic tales are circulated, one being that she used to climb to the tallest trees and say "Cuckoo" Another that she could take the butter from the churn, and tell a person the exact sum of money in his pocket.
