  1. In the district of of BoroDale Enniscorthy C/o Wexford, there is a manor and it was occupied by an old lady pre-decessor of Lord Beatty.
It happened that she died and was buried in the family vault. That night the Butler found out that the lady ahd valuable rings on her fingers, and he decided to go and rob them. When he got to the vault he opened the coffin, but failed to take off the rings, so he decided to cut off the fingers, but the minute the blood came she sprang up and walked out.
It is said that she had just recovered from a trance. She lived for ten years after.
This is a true story told by
Mr Michael Scallan, Clonroche, Enniscorthy, C/o Wexford.
