other poems which Michael made are "St Anne's Well in Killane" "To a Kilkenny Girl", "The Maid with the Ringlets of Brown." These songs are all sung locally.
He died in Montana, U.S.A. in 1927 at the age of 66 years.
His brother Thomas Fenlon is still living in Rathduff, in the old homestead. He is a Carpenter by trade, but being old now, he does not work very much.
He has all Michael's songs, and has put them to suitable airs, so in that way, they are often sung by the local people at dances and other entertainments.
Michael Fenlon's pen name was "Carrigeen"
