Ar an leathanach seo

  1. There is a place called Carrig Glen near my home.
    It is said that during the '98 Rebellion a number of insurgents were killed in this glen.
    Since that time the stream is supposed to run red.
    It certainly does look that colour, but I expect it is the shade from the rock which causes the colour.
    The whole district around it is supposed to be haunted.
    In Carrig Church yard, both Insurgents and Yeomanry were buried but only one grave is marked.
    That is Colonel Watson of the Yeomanry
    Old people say, they would not go round that way at night, for anything because lots of things have been seen "walking there".
    One of the things which was seen there was a man who seemed to be walking along, but disappeared.
    Nobody knows where he went to
