The thread is got in Wexford. The stockings she knits are sold at one and sixpence per pair.Three dressmakers are in the district. Mrs. Parle of Drinagh, Mrs. Murphy, of Rosemount, and Miss Maloney of Lattimerstown.Black is worn for nine months after the death of a relative in this locality.
