  1. The Leipreachan is known locally as Lutharagán. He is about eight inches in height. He is dressed in a red cap and a coat of green. His principal occupation is mending and making fairy shoes. He is supposed to be seen sitting on a mush-room or in a shadey glen.
    In ancient Ireland it was firmly believed that there was a being called the Leipreachán. They also believed that he possessed a crock of gold. The people of the present generation do
