  1. One night a man named James Kennedy dreamt of a crock of gold at the bottom of the rock of Curry. He was in America at the time and made no delay in starting for Ireland. He landed safely and started to look for the gold.
    He lifted a flag and started digging an immediately he found the stocking full to the brim with gold coins. With the gold he built a fine new house for his father in Castlepollard and he himself went back to America rejoicing at his good furtune.
