This was low and shallow and was used for drawing potatoes and for picking them in the garden. Clothes baskets were also made. These were nearly round and were used to take the clothes to bittle them at a well or at a stream. There was a very small house in Mungret and it had a chimney pot made of rods plastered on the outside with lime and sand. Birds baskets and birds cages were also made of rods also bow and arrow and pop guns and flutes. There were boats also made of rods and covered over with hides and painted with tar and then sit in and drive away. Calves baskets and cradles were also made of rods in Mungret.
