  1. Toureen hill is not a very big hill, but still it was very important in olden times. There are twenty acres in in it. A lot of (furze) grows round it. There is a huge rock at the side of it, and there is a harp cut out in it, and it was told that a king was buried under it.
    Mrs. George Scott's houses are there yet. They are very old now and are covered with ivy. Once upon a time the Scootts owned a portion of the hill. There is an old quarry
