    Roinn Roinn Postáil
    There are many forts in our school district. These are situated in Cockhill Lower and Cockhill Upper.
    Their shape is round and some are surrounded by trees while others are fenced. There is an under ground passage going from the fort in Cockhill to the fort in Cool.
    There is a large number of stories connected with these forts. Long ago a woman went into one of these forts picking sloes. Her foot got swollen that night and she died soon after.
    No one ever interfered with these forts but a good many years ago a man was removing a stone out of a fort he fell ill that night and died a few days after that is why people never interfere with them now.
