  1. This is played during the summer months when the weather is fine.
    There is a row of children one of whom is appointed to be the mother.
    The mother sends out one of them to the garden for their father's shirt. she goes out and when she comes in she says:
    "There is a ghost in the garden."
    and the mother sends out another one and when she comes in she repeats the same thing.
    Again the mother says "That is only a bush."
    Then the mother goes out and tips the bush then the ghost jumps up and runs after them.
    It was some one of the children who was in hide behind the bush and she moaned every time any of the others came into the garden.
