  1. In an old fort bordering Thomas Lyon's house in Culliagh there is supposed to be a pan of gold locked there since the time of the Danes.
    A man named Charles Morahan who is dead years spent many a weary day digging for it but it was in vain.
    Lights have been seen in the Heavens over it, they are of different colours at certain times of the year.
