    On Ash Wednesday the people go to the chapel for blessed ashes and those who are unable to go send for it.
    St Patrick's Day
    The feast of Saint Patrick is on the seventeenth of March and on that day every person wears shamrock and green badges and ribbons in honour of Saint Patrick our patron Saint, and some men to to town to drown the shamrock.
