    New Years Eve. = On this night we make pancakes, and throw them at the door, and say "Out with you hunger, and come in plenty.
    Little Christmas Day. = On the night before it, it is said that the water turns into wine. Once upon a time there was a man that stayed up to watch the water turning into wine, and he was found dead in the morning.
    Good Friday .= In olden times people used to drink their tea black, and would not eat any eggs, or butter. At present we not need not do those things.
