    Out with the poor man and he filled his pockets. The Jew started to laugh. "Ah!" ha!" said he, "you will not make a fool of me again". "Your are pretending to be stealing the gold to get two hundred guineas out of me again fine and easy but you wont".
    From that day out the poor man never saw a day's poverty and he thanked Daniel O'Connell the poor man's friend.
