- There was a woman once. I did not know her name. She lived in Tiershanahan.
One day she was going up the hill with cows. She had a stick in her hand. She knew nothing until she saw a little man sitting on a stone. He was called lepracaun. She ran, and caught him.
She started choking him for gold. He said he would show her all the treasures of the world, but to leave him go. And she would not leave him.
At last he said he would open the hill. And she would have all gold and silver. Then she tought she saw nothing but gold and silver.
She put the stick for a mark. Then she argeed with the fairy and she left him go.
She tought she saw nothing but gold and silver all the time.
Then she ran down to Tiershanahan(leanann ar an chéad leathanach eile)
