To view the groves and fine plantations
Your explanation would mine exceed
To view the flowers and shady bowers.
It would induce the great God of War.
To lay down weapons and yield to nature.
And live in pleasure in sweet Glencar.

In the hunting season it is very pleasing.
To see fine sportsmen with their dog and gun
They go agrousing up to the mountain
