disease would go. When people are going to plough or bring home turf they like to begin on Friday. When people are going to get married, there is an old shoe thrown after them for luck and it is said they should wear something new, something borrowed, and something blue. There is another superstition about death, happy is the bride the sun shines on. Happy is the corpse the rains on.
If two persons washed in the same water they would have a row.
If a person got married in red the marriage would be unlucky.
