- There are many fairs in Donegal. In small towns it is only held once a month, but in large towns it is held every week.
There is a fair in Burnfoot every week first Tuesday of the month, and there is a pig fair every Tuesday.
People go there to buy, and sell horses, sheep and cattle. The Burnfoot fair is held in Molloys street.
The people all assemble at Burnfoot some of them with cattle and some on them there to buy cattle.
Some man will come along and he will ask some body with a cow. "How much do you want for that cow" Twelve Pound. I will give you ten pound for her.
"Give me eleven for her" All right(leanann ar an chéad leathanach eile)- Bailitheoir
