  1. First you get a chestnut and make a hole through it, and then you make a knot on the end of a piece of cord and run the cord through the chestnut. Then you say to the other lad "hick-hack first crack" and if you break his chestnut you are the winner of the game. If the two chesnut strings get tangled and you are quick enout to say "tanglers three" you get the next three shots.
