    mixed together. What is in the dish, is now fit to be put on the pan. Then pan is heated and dripping or lard is melted in it, and some of the paste is poured on it, it spreads itself across the pan, and in a few minutes it is cooked into a pancake, and so on until the dish is emptied. Then the pancakes are put on the tea table, and the juice of the lemon is spread over them and then the sugar is shaken over them too and they are ready now for eating.
