    for the dinner along with a drop of milk, and when they used not have any milk, they used to have a drop of water and a grain of salt for 'kitchen' with the potatoes.
    For the supper, they used to have 'boxty' along with a drop of new milk. This us the way they used to make the 'boxty' bread.
    They used first wash a lot of potatoes, and they used to pick the eyes out of them.
    Then they used to scrape them, and then they used to put boiled potatoes and soda and salt and honey through them. They used to put Indian meal through the mixture to dry it. Then they used to make it into the form of a cake, and bake it on a very thin flag-stone.
