- (ar lean ón leathanach roimhe)children, three in number were beautiful but were never afraid of water, and very often went bathing during the summer months. During the absence of his father, one of the boys got the key and took a peep at the beautiful cloak and asked questions about it. When the man of the house returned he also took a look at the cloak to see if it was all right. His wife peeped over his shoulder, seized the cloak, and in a second wrapped it round her and disappeared never to be seen again. The children however remained with their father like any other children. After this the enchanted girls were never seen again, but the snow white horse, came ashore on May mornings at sunrise.
