  1. 1.) A proverb which is used very frequently is "Don't count your chickens before they're hatched". Some people count things which they have not got or might never get.
    2.) "Another is, a stitch in time saves nine". It means if you have to do something you should do it at once.
    3.) Also, "A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush". It means to have one thing is better to be promised two.
    4.) "All that glitters is not gold." It means everything that is bright and shining to the eye is not
